Wayne Frady Park Arbor Day Tree Planting

🌳 Join the Movement: Texas Arbor Day Celebration at Wayne Frady Park! 🌳

Be a part of something meaningful this Texas Arbor Day as we breathe new life into the beautiful, wooded area of Wayne Frady Park! This isn't just a tree planting—it's a powerful step in restoring native Texas landscapes and creating a thriving natural space for generations to enjoy.

Over the spring and summer, the Lewisville Parks & Recreation Department has been hard at work removing invasive plants and preparing the area for a fresh, healthy start. Now, we need your helping hands to plant hundreds of native trees that will restore the ecosystem and bring shade, beauty, and biodiversity back to this special four-acre site.

Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or brand new to outdoor projects, you'll make a real impact—and have fun doing it! We’ll provide gloves, shovels, safety vests, snacks, and water—all you need is your energy and love for nature.

🌱 Let’s grow something great together.
📅 Don’t miss this opportunity to leave a lasting mark on your community.
